We realize that without the expertise of our engineers, the vision and the hopes that we provide would never get completed. Our engineers install the technology, the thought, the mechanical feasibility, and even the can-do attitude that is core to what Clarity stand for. Our engineers run the company, and what better place to start than the ground floor - at a place where the floor is high and the ceiling is higher.
From day 1, our Engineers make a difference. We don't believe in 8 week classroom courses. We believe in 2 weak testing segments, 3 week engineering design sessions, 4 week launch cycles - and a little bit of play. Our engineers have a life outside of work - we have athletes, artists, songwriters - and that is just in our Paris office.

Clarity has 3 general Graduate Program Classes in 3 of our top locations, each focusing on a specific niche in Clarity's deliverables. Our program rotates in 12-16 week increments, allowing our employees to learn technology and culture from around the world. We plan to expand to more in the future.
